General GUIDELINES

1) All participants must register by the specified deadline, which is 10th October, 2024.
2) Participants must carry and present authentic ID cards issued by their respective institutions or organizations.
3) The participants are required to bring their own devices i.e., Laptop/ Mobile with a good internet connection.
4) The reporting time for all the participants is 9:00 a.m. Participants entering after the mentioned time will not be entertained.
5) Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times and respect towards fellow participants, organizers, and judges.
6) Participants must be in good attire.
7) Participants must adhere to the schedule provided for each event, including reporting times, presentation slots, and breaks.
8) All submissions, presentations, and solutions must be original work created by the participants or their teams. Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
9) The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any participant or team found guilty of misconduct, violation of rules, or unethical behavior.
10) The judge’s decision is final and binding.
